the pool the kids liked it.
if you weren t in the pool it was miserable to sit and watch our kids play

there were kids diving the 2 different times i went to the pool
my kids had a double queen room and equally as nice with bathtub/shower

i had two kids with me who were ready to sleep at 10:30pm after a long flight and there was no one there to

the pool was *tiny* and was full when only three active kids were in it
could not get in the pool as too many kids running and jumping
hotel was nice in regards to the tv channels, free wifi, fridge and microwave in the rooms
we went across the parking lot to a restaurant and got a much better breakfast for less
we wish room service hadn't been suspended. we understand this might be due to staffing issues.

is contracted for a few therapy visits with disabled kids, so kept at 90
the pool was great and the kids thoroughly enjoyed swimming (nice facilities)
staff was very friendly. kids loved the warm pool.
kids loved the pool, and my wife and i enjoyed the hot tub.

the hot tub was not working. so that was not happy for the kids
also, kids were running the halls when i got in and didn't stop till around 10:45
plenty of space and room for the kids and us.
was great but the pool room was cold so make sure to just sit in the hot tub while you watch your kids swim

outdoor patio was super noisy below our 2nd floor room with hs kids until about 10 pm
the only issue was the wifi was lagging so the kids couldn t do their online schooling!
seemed a bit thin, from inside the room you could hear people talking in the halls and little kids running down
had ev charger which was nice but since their was only one i was only able to use it one of the nights

your pet fee is a bit steep, so although we had a great stay we won't be staying again.

i was on the 7th floor and was woken up by a group of loud kids playing in the lobby

2nd night there was a quinceanera going on in one of the banquet rooms-and kids were running freely all over
then there were some very loud kids running around and screaming in the common area at 7
