i was on the 7th floor and was woken up by a group of loud kids playing in the lobby

2nd night there was a quinceanera going on in one of the banquet rooms-and kids were running freely all over

the pool was open and my kids were able to have some fun. room was clean and comfortable.
pool had a colored light underwater that my kids really loved

kids didnt have balnkes or pillows for their bed both nights we were there
breakfast was very good with a decent choice and nice fresh fruit

i had two kids with me who were ready to sleep at 10:30pm after a long flight and there was no one there to
there were hockey teams there and the kids were loud past midnight
but the sofa bed was so bad that one of our kids slept on the floor for more comfort
the way the room was set up was very convenient with the extra tv and sleeper sofa for the kids

the pool was shut down and the kids could not enjoy that part of their vacation

went to sit in the jacuzzi and it was full of little kids who were not attended to by their parents

the kids liked it so much, my son said it was too fancy for him he didn t want to mess anything up
i really loved the trundle bed in my room, it was great to have that for one of my kids
also i wish there were more channels on the tv for kids

we also requested 2 extra pillows as our kids were with us- and they could only find one
we enjoyed th location and th kids enjoyed th pool. the breakfast wasn't th same every morning.

kids from a ball team were so loud and unruly that breakfast was virtually impossible to enjoy

outdoor patio was super noisy below our 2nd floor room with hs kids until about 10 pm
seemed a bit thin, from inside the room you could hear people talking in the halls and little kids running down

went down for breakfast with my 2 kids and had a group of like 8 teens down there already getting breakfast
breakfast area with misbehaved kids tossing muffins on floor and screaming
was great but the pool room was cold so make sure to just sit in the hot tub while you watch your kids swim
also, kids were running the halls when i got in and didn't stop till around 10:45
