some gear in the swimming pool was not in good condition
the pool area (some distance away) also has dirty chairs and the swimming pool itself is in need of

the bed is not confortable, and the kitchen has no fried pan.
after the first night we found live cockroaches in the kitchen
kitchen was dirty you can see they dont clean inside the cabinets between guests there were alot of
the kitchen is very poorly equipped
was a sort of unidentified leak on the kitchen floor, it was tricky at night, we stepped in it few times

loved the beautiful views, the pool & hot tub, & the delicious welcome breakfast
he keeps the houses, the garden and the pool very tidy
view and the pool area are spectacular and our host knew a lot about local restaurants, there were also trekking
we especially enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi
the large pool is unheated but has a deep end so a few joyful cannonballs were great

a well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and lovely living/sleeping quarters
wifi not working (the staff was not able to fix it, they provided us with login for a different
new equipment, great location, nice present when we arrived, free parking.

there are beautiful gardens, lovely view of pico mountain and the ocean, and the cutest dog to pet when you
helpful: she found us a car, she did pick up us from and drop off to the airport, let us use her laundry for
handy parking just outside
