waited like 2 hours to be checked in with 5 kids and one being a toddler it was terrible no one offered to give
status staff cleanliness and wonderful room service and concierge restaurants were good also rooftop is adult
the room was very big and with a nice view. the gym was good. room service was available.
there are dining options available on site as well as room service which is convenient and the food is excellent
the rooftop bar offers a really great view of the city

everything was clean and my kids enjoyed the pool .
was not included for the price and their was no menu in the room to see if you would want room
there were no spa services available, and i got a hint of classism and racism at the hotel
didn't like it that i didn't get a chance to swim in the swimming pool

there was free activities for kids.
visited with my husband and 2 kids and the room was quite spacious and comfortable
no activity for kids ages 5+ only the pool
regency is one of my favourite places to take my kids for an overnight stay to celebrate birthdays and other
my kids loved the size of the tv screen as well as the modern shower and fixtures

i took my both kids who are 6 and 8 years old and was told that the hotel's policy was that only 1 child under
lovely staff who were kind to the kids
it s hard to enjoy or relax while trying to make sure kids aren t getting into the deep end of the pool
the hotel also surprised us on arrival by giving the kids easter packages, which they were happy for, very nice
breakfast was wonderful, a nice variety for both adults and kids

a young lady came to the resort while we were having breakfast and tried to solicit a spa like massage
nothing we liked it all..the fried breakfast was a bit oily but the rest was fine

wifi didn't work inside the cabin, and was generally very poor, despite proximity of mobile phone
