discounted the room a bit since the pool wasn't working and we had booked this hotel because the kids wanted to

the breakfast is very basic and we are not fans of plastic cutlery!
beds were stiff, not memory foam. breakfast was minimal.

kids loved the pool and basketball court
bit noisy due to a lot of younger kids staying in the hotel for local sporting events

not restocked, coffee/tea not restocked, young kids were drinking coffee-not even teenagers
tub was hot, but i think unsupervised kids hit the emergency off (big red button), so no jets when i was there
there were 3 kids sports teams booked the same night so it was overrun with many kids and adolescents thoughout
since we had two small kids, it worked out fine and they snuggled but there is absolutely no way two adults

breakfast was awesome, best hotel to travel and stay with kids
everything about the place was great my kids loved it.
pool super packed kids.
did notice some kids at the breakfast buffet without shoes and one without a shirt unsupervised

the restaurant was way over priced and didn t offer a kids option

was so small, asked for roller bed cause had 2 kids and 2 adults, barely able to fit it in the room after moving

the main reason i booked there was because breakfast was included so i wouldn't have to get the kids and wife
pool and spa closed
bistro and starbucks in the hotel had inconsistent hours (a free coffee bar would be nice)
it has a great laundry, workout, pool, & a nice lobby & cafe
really small four points hotel is way better and cleaner staff at this hotel was rude girl at the bar charged

hot tub was nice but everyone including kids wanted to be/play in hot tub
of 2 double as many hotels offer location was off pool, which would be handy for people with kids swimming
many people want the pool especially if they have kids
there were kids enjoying the splash pad
chose this hotel for the splash pad for the kids and unfortunately it wasn't working

room with bunk beds was awesome for my 3 kids
loved that it had bunk beds for the kids, it's difficult to find actual family friendly hotels

there was a group of kids up moving around till 2 am, they even set a bed in hall way

kids running up and down and the exit door slamming kept waking us up

my family enjoyed the suite very much, especially the kids-- they didn't want to go home
my overall experience was awesome. the kids loved it
it was the first time my kids stayed in a suite and they thought it was the coolest

we came for a ball tournament, with kids
no mention about it from staff, just two very disappointed kids left to discover
we let the kids seom until the pool closed at 10 pm
tried to tell me that my kids couldn t check in but i got on the phone and the manager allowed them to stay

it was freezing, so the kids did not want to swim
