laundry facilities are great -- three washers and two dryers

heater in my kids room put out a horrible burnt popcorn smell

the cereal could have included a grown up one instead of all kinds for kids

the kids pool not working and dirty

no 1 bothered us, but i have 1 complaint and that is the idiots they put above me had kids and they stopped

necessarily the hotels fault, they didn t step in, or even confront the guardians, to keep the kids from being

on the second night we went to swim and they had a group of younger kids around 13ish, maybe 5-7 of them, and
