lot of kids were there, which was surprising

the kids loved the pool and we spent almost the entire time there

swimming pool was full of rowdy kids

beautiful gardens and fun for the kids to see the animals and dip in the pool

food on site felt a bit expensive especially kids food, but otherwise- great.

since i was traveling with my 2 kids having breakfast included would've made things a bit easier for me

lady running snack bar in the mornings wasfantastic

no room service and the bar and food area closed too early for my liking.

the room was great, but we really enjoyed the wine bar in the lobby

the pool and hot tub were a bonus

of the week the staff kept it clean and full throughout, the staff were awesome in all ways, the pool was clean

hotels don't have rooms on the first floor, it was different and i enjoyed the proximity to the pool

great for kids, friendly staff and an awesome location right by

a private party as if the entire hotel had been rented out by one large group with lots of kids

moment we entered the lobby staff greeted us they were friendly and even joked with our kids

breakfast is quite good, with excellent seating areas, using restaurant & bar space

we had a family with a kid (or kids) upstairs who was extremely unruly-constantly banging on the floor/walls

i also appreciated they had board games available for families and some toys for kids

was not even close to being healthy, i had a chocolate muffin, small apple and water, one of the kids bag had

i love kids but, in a hotel, should be based to the lower floors

access to the pool would've been nice it was 104* outside and with 3 kids who wanted to swim being cooped up in

my kids were afraid to stay

we enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and took advantage of the sparkling, clean pool

breakfast exceeded expectations with delicious biscuits and gravy

breakfast could ve been a little more variety each morning.

i splurged to stay here so i could actually sleep while away from kids only to find out construction would

friendly and easy check-in, enormous, well-appointed rooms, high ceilings, marble bathroom with spa tub, comfy

really enjoyed the great bathroom, spa tub and outdoor courtyard as an extension of the room

location was great. they accommodated an early check in.

i was with the kids and i m glad no one was in the room naked or something

we enjoyed the comfort of the room, and my kids loved the pool

having two televisions with kids was a life saver

for each guest with a muffin a fruit and water so that was great to grab on our way out held the kids over while

it was nerve racking to think i might get charged extra for loudness as i had my kids with me

kids loved the jacuzzi!! great coffee and comfy beds.

the staff is super friendly rooms are large and clean. i have kids and we love this place!

on guard the rest of my time there looking for others so they wouldn t come in contact with my kids

we stayed for one night with two kids and continued to santa barbara but would recommend it to all

boiled instead of scrambled eggs, our kids favorite

only two cereals and one should be for kids

covered parking was great and ample selections to use as well
