my kids enjoyed the muffins and cereal

room was dirty m, the pool was closed and my kids were so looking forward to a pool

of the reasons we booked the hotel because we were having a family reunion and was excited the kids would have

pool was not working. had to be moved rooms due to window locks not working and a gap in window.

parking was full, cars didn't fit in the lines

had a street facing room with a bar and nightclub right across the street, at night when they turn their roof

there was no signage nor communication, nor process about what to do with dirty laundry or full trash bags

went down to the bar and the staff made it like i was home siiting just having a beer great stay

the bar was excellent

was next to gym and a bunch of kids were making a lot of noise in there after 10pm

the piano bar was not open. there was no piano player and the cocktail bar never opened.

decoration is awsome, beds and linen very confortable, large room and bathroom, handy kitchen

hotel bar closed early.

not a fan of the breakfast buffet.

some hotels frown upon a bunch of kids being in a place all at once because of the noise

positive things about my experience at this hotel, starting with the gracious and conversational shuttle bus

the pool was great, the fitness room great, the staff was great, the elevators amazing, the entire hotel was

needed a shuttle to the airport and chose this hotel based on the location and shuttle service

the spacious of the suite and the pool/hot tub was amazing great staff went above and beyond

for my kids there could have been more choices of cereal. the bathroom was not very clean.

told them there were kids above my floor running and jumping off the beds and they done nothing about that

staff, close to airport, free transfer, flexible with checkin and check out time, great breakfast and excellent
