the casino and restaurant and bar seem in far better condition than the hotel portion of the building

stronger wifi in rooms on 3 and 4 floor so i can view movies, netflix etc
wi-fi was great, their laundry service was great and at a good price too, and it s got a good location

also there's no elevator or parking so dealing with luggage was a

to have all the facilities in one location, sky lounge, which hosted great events, bar and reastaurant
i paid room service meanwhile i am the one that bring my own food to the room
room service was late, toilet backed up on one occasion, unpleasant odor just beyond hotel entrance
had a packed breakfast for my travels i thought this was exceptional customer service the rooftop bar & restaurant
no full size ironing board. no laundry room for guests.

our kids enjoyed the place a a lot as well
booking app/website does not allow to choose one room for 2 adults+2 kids, even the one with two double beds
our room was a bit tight for 2 adults, 2 kids, plus a baby.
staff were incredible, the rooms were nice and the swimming pool was much needed after a day of sightseeing
no mini fridge or mini bar in our room

pool was not really a pool but a one set up for the kids only in a bigger perspective
the pool was also out of action, which i d noticed in other reviews
ac and wifi worked good. staff was friendly and spoke excellent english.

clean, very good for the business traveller, not many kids, families with kids usually stay elsewhere
my kids enjoyed the pool and i enjoyed the spa at the other a torarica right next to this one

during our stay they helped us do laundry for a reasonable price, helped us order food when we arrived late,
wifi on the southern half of the building is poor

the pool was overcrowded. this is not a wellness resort or hotel, it's a kids paradise.

a bigger playground for the kids with terras sets would be great, more beach beds with umbrella because the

because we came with our own food we did order nachos and tacos for my kids
pool was too open, installing a sail would go a long way for guests to swim at any time
