you can hardly sleep after 7 am, slamming of the doors, trolleys from guests and stuff, kids screaming

excellent reception staff, evening entertainment was loved by our kids

my husband had breakfast at 8 am and had more food then me and my kids when we came at 9 am
room was nice with good view and a terrace, but sofa bed was small and not comfortable for 2 kids
tasty clean, nice, large room 1h in the wellness area included friendly staff wifi working well kids
the entertainment girl is great with kids

pool was a disappointment, it was mainly for the kids
- spa was fully booked for 3 days and we could not get any slot
it is better not to use laundry service, i was waiting 5 days for return of my clothes
things except that the lovely hotel bar that we had visited many times in recent years no longer exists
helpful to know that it is quite maze like and there are many stairs to the beach, also that the gym is small

we are a family of 2 adults and 3 kids and we stayed in a villa which was perfect for us
were a couple of activities for 5-7 years each day, but we went in school holidays and the kids would have really

at night was entirely based on keeping families with kids happy to the exclusion of anyone else which meant that
when they did move us they gave us a room opposite the kids play area
i have kids so i understand but not if we booked adults only
