pool was never available

didnt use the kitchen but i thought it was really nice

the entire staff was so friendly and the lady who put together the complimentary breakfast (which was so good

no bacon. i was the first to get breakfast. the oatmeal was under cooked.

i enjoyed the breakfast also and the bed slept like a cloud

clean ours or refund us and it was late at night and i had no choice but to stay because i had my kids with me

adults and kids loved her and she helped with everything perfectly

breakfast and represent the hotel as there was a full room of disgruntle travelers to include kids sports teams

especially when there are drunk, loud people sitting there and we are trying to get our kids to our room

my kids loved the room service robot

to get up out of bed to shut off and turn on alarms, and working in the bed late at night when kids are asleep

the pool was nice for younger kids- it goes up to 5 feet in depth

quiet stay however guest at the pool could get loud late at night and could be heard in my room on the 4 th

a better breakfast variety.

not enough parking. and no non-pet rooms.

also there is no pool, my kids expect an opportunity to swim when they are at a hotel

check in time, kids running around in the room next to us all night then early in the morning.

parking lot was big really easy to get in and out of plenty of parking lot

loved the little kitchen with real dishes and silverware

woman checked us out and she made sure we had fresh towels for the pool and was so kind to my kids

we couldn't find a parking space because parents moving in their kids with trailers were parked in 3-5 spaces

loved the room set up as it was quite roomy and that was nice with our young kids

my kids love the pool. the rooms and property are clean. accommodations were comfortable.

of liked to be able to bring drinks and snacks around pool area especially with grand kids

but i didn't want to call housekeeping to get a comforter because i didn't want to wake up the kids traveling

my wife and i intended on getting valet parking, but after driving for hours with screaming young kids, i just

restaurant was pretty good - the food was good, but it felt understaffed for the parents moving kids into the

noise in the hallway from kids on the first night

don't leave those kids out in the sun

they did not have my free breakfast in their system at the breakfast bar and caused some confusion

and hoodlums in parking lot next door shooting dice in the wee morning being loud

the non smoking room reeked from previous smokers

dirty, very poorly maintained. roach infested! drunks arguing in the parking lot.

the bed was overly soft, the wifi didnt work, and the cable box had roaches in it
