the swimming pool, although great for other hotels in nktt was not nice
breakfast could be improved, not many options and quality is just ok
breakfast and restaurant could be better measured to international standards , but is pretty good

in front of the hotel u will find good supermarket u will find all what u need we request late check out and

i've also liked the pool, gym and spa, which i did not get to use, unfortunately
very weak menu for room service. need to go to the hotel restaurant and order from there.
the gym could be better equipped. that is the only thing that could be improved.

the spa was outstanding the team was very caring and i really loved the cleanliness of the space

hotel for business trip, welcome at the airport great, very confortable rooms, well equipped gym, good wifi,
not well maintained, wifi is very poor
the receptionist change the accommodation to a 2 bedrooms suite, so problem solved breakfast had it all for 1
