in room tub was excellent after long drive and day w kids
was a great location and the kids had a blast
busy because of baseball tournament so a lot of kids running around, nothing about the resort was
all was in a walking distance the kids had a great time they did not want to
the room was nice and cozy. the space was awesome. my kids loved the tub and the view.

kids banging on our door and nothing was done about it
obnoxious kids going up and down elevator insulting guests, no adult supervision
the complimentary breakfast was very convenient, especially for my kids
i didn't like how the kids took over at breakfast without the parents.
i had to pay money to get a blow up beds for one of my kids

we were smelling it so strong in our room with our kids it was making us sick
my kids loved the pool they have grade a equipment in the fitness room
slamming doors and above us sounded like kids running
toilet seat had stained / chipped off badly that my little kids refused to sit on it

the rooms came with everything with a beach front the kids loved it !

access to several different pools and a splash pad for the kids (about a five minute walk)
the restaurant was nice it had food for adults and pizza for my kids
we frequently found ourselves relaxing in the jacuzzi only to be disturbed by a group of kids
very clean, very luxurious. the pools were great for the kids and the pool bar was great for us.
where was the water park? good thing we left the kids home.

kids found a needle in the parking lot, i told the lady working the front desk she never picked it
loved the indoor pool kept the kids busy sucks the hot tub was closed
this might seem petty, but traveling with kids makes the situation different
in the bathroom so constantly having to send whoever you are with outside to change (example kids or

great as we were beach front, had the pool right there by the beach and the water park for the kids ( teens )
just wasn t close enough to the beach with the kids
we had 4 kids with us, 13,7,5,& 2 they enjoyed the water play area (1 foot)/lazy river (3 feet)
like that it's kids and family friendly no hassle

garage is quite sketchy at night and there were stairs (no elevator) so not so helpful with kids

the pools had warm water for the kids and had a variety of tv channels.
smelled bad. indoor pool in disrepair. room was never cleaned.

the kids couldn t get into the pool
the lady that was in the area where breakfast was served got snippy with one of my kids
the pool wasn't available for use and we couldn't find the kids channels on the tv.
breakfast was hot with many choices for us and the kids
they immediately send the engineer to fix it, and moved me to another room, pool was open my kids enjoyed it,

hard to explain to my kids they can t swim when they saw other ones swimming
we wound up next to some all night party kids and barely got any sleep because they were yelling and slamming
a little bit larger beds for family of 4 (kids 6 and 3, with parents).
the place was full of young kids i guess going to play a sport

i loved all of the options for the kids as far as the slides and pools and jacuzzis there were so many things
multiple pools for my kids
only thing i truly disliked was that they didn t continually open the little kids water slide
they have so much stuff to do for the kids
