i asked about laundry and she said to bring it down and my laundry was washed, dried and folded back at reception
had issues with my phone and wifi. my partner did not.
2-3 hour laundry service (@10 ) took 4.5 hours.

great hotel and there's parking within the neighborhood if there isn't any at the hotel unless you want to pay
