complained to front desk first night as it was 11:30pm doors slamming loud talking music and kids running up

some confusion about breakfast. we were told the kids would be free yet we were charged.
surprise and a good value if you include it in the room rate, especially if you're traveling with kids

the hotel lobby is very nice, with a bar, lots of seating with beautiful views of the uva campus, two fireplaces

the room above us kept us up until 1am because there were kids running around and people being loud

room layout. bed was comfy. finally a room my three adults kids and i could start in.
that extra space makes it easy when traveling with kids
