the supervisor, leticia made sure my kids and i had a safe ride to the hotel from the airport when my flight

get some real dishes and silverware especially for room services

we hope to stay again when pricing is lower and more fair to families visiting their kids at the university
i got room service and the cheese board was terrible.
my wife and i very much enjoyed the shower, and the caramels in the mini bar were delicious
shared with the front desk and they told us we were on the pet friendly floor
at the bar for a drink before dinner for 15 minutes and were only served one drink in that time

the pool is tiny, more for splashing around with kids -- i don't think laps would be possible
kids loved the indoor pool and tennis courts and park across the road
the room above us kept us up until 1am because there were kids running around and people being loud
difficult to access from street and parking was scarce from construction
wifi was not working and they wanted us to pay to upgrade to working wifi

the kids were super happy with room and definitely felt like we were on a lovely vacation

i m living in a suburban area at the moment and hate having to load two kids to do anything, such a break to

we traveled with 4 kids under age 7
some confusion about breakfast. we were told the kids would be free yet we were charged.
complained to front desk first night as it was 11:30pm doors slamming loud talking music and kids running up
surprise and a good value if you include it in the room rate, especially if you're traveling with kids

the airport shuttle didn't leave until 7, and i needed 5 am so i didn't stay
