desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate our kids, give us rooms next to each other, help extend our stay
were there on dec, 31st, two families with kids, they asked us to leave the lobby at 11pm
the staff was fabulous the room with the fireplace was a great experience

my husband and i were on a getaway from the kids and this place was the right choice

i like the parking in the back because my sister lives in sonoma and is handicap and she can park in the back
