refused to change to a non smoking room, claiming they were booked but no other cars in parking lot

pool was amazing chlorine was just right

low on towels, to many bugs in pool

location was good and it was easy to get in an out of the parking lot

the entire reason we booked this hotel was because it had an indoor pool for the kids and a hot tub for the

rack fell off the wall on arrival, stampeding kids all night in hallway 2nd night banged on door and woke me up

the bedding and bathroom were clean but the coffee bar with the microwave and fridge were dusty as if had not

was clean , and had ample parking !
