was here for my sons funeral, and this put my mind at rest that i had a great hotel for me and my kids

the pool was a little cold but that didn't stop the kids from swimming
our kids had a blast
kids were down that the heater in pool was broke but they still tried to swim.
the hot tub and pool were a life saver for the kids, pool was a decently good size

pool was very cold, staff was rude when called to ask if pool was open

my kids were sad the pool wasn't open but that is nothing to do with the hotel, darn covid
kind of an inconvenience to haul little kids out
staff was trying to keep lobby and halls clean due to a group of unsupervised kids running around soaking wet
the kitchen lady helped me with my kids and was so kind
the website never mentioned it was closed and the kids were sad about it

the pool was closed to the kids who were staying there
staff friendly, plenty parking, and would recommend to travelers with kids too
this an absolute stay wether your solo a couple or kids
had an early flight and wanted something reasonable with an airport shuttle

checked in super late after a three and a half hour drive with three kids
the room was nice and the kids loved the pool mom loved the hot tub
would love to be able to come down after the kids get to bed and relax in the hot tub
i could barely hear the kids in the hall

the room set up it was very convenient having that little living room with the extra tv, gave the kids there
my kids loved the indoor pool and we enjoyed the hospitality suite
the staff were very sweet and super funny! great with kids!
pool was filled day and night with kids playing valley ball in it so we never got the chance to enjoy it

got a separate room a couple nights for when kids came so we could use a pool and have two beds
did a cross country trip with our 8 kids and this was one of our stops on our way back to ga from cali
if i want to nitpick, the gym was missing some dumbbells. no breakfast options. that's about it.
they also had a really nice reclining chair as well as free laundry
a serviceable gym and convenience shop were on the premises as well

it was quiet (except for one night that there were young kids knocking on our door).

were kids above our room running, jumping and sounded like bouncing off the walls until 1 in the morning
but it was pretty late at night when we arrived (i was travelling cross country with my two kids) and the staff
pool was filthy and we were unable to swim with our kids which was what they were looking forward to the most
over crowded at breakfast. we had to wait a long time to make the kids waffles.
kids were enjoying it, though

it made horrendous sounds that kept myself and my 2 kids up each night(4 night stay)
was a crackhead that jumped from the third floor into the pool and proceeded to climb up the balconies repeatedly
never was i told that i'd be charged for parking at a hotel that you'd think parking would be included
the swimming pool was not working, there was a small refrigerator.
refrigerator was extremely small and had no shelves and it would have been nice to have free breakfast

night staff was a little rude, was awaken by a call from staff about a noise complaint, my kids and i were
the shuttle service doesn't provide car seats for babies/kids and the hotel should disclose this before booking
were extremely noisy kids above us and beside us and when i messaged the property nobody responded and we couldn
it also seemed like some people may be living out of hotel rooms, i saw kids being ushered out with backpacks

got it late (10:30) and could not get into a restaurant with my 2 kids

we paid 300$ for one night for us come alone time having kids and a busy life

i had someone in the room above me. kids was up at 4am running across the room.
were 3 soccer teams staying there and the kids were running amuck

pool was out of order and that was the reason we were there with our kids
kids were excited to go swimming and due to the renovation they were unable to
need painted they look horrible through out the building, pool area was very hot
breakfast was a bit sparse, needed more of a selection, we ended up going to ihop.

because i work with people with covid-19 and do everything in my power to keep myself and my kids safe
heater wasnt working for 2 nights so it was a bit too cold for grown ups by there were plenty of kids who didn
the kids knocking on the adjoining door to our room kept us from a good nights sleep.
