my kids loved the older style. and breakfast was huge. staff so helpful. no stress or fuss.

had no access to wifi for my stay even though i emailed and asked for the access code none was provided this
all was good although the music in the bar was a bit boring we moved on.
food was lovely and the bar was quiet as was a wednesday but bars down yhe road were lively and only five
pleasant bar and nice breakfast

pool was a bit cold for kids
loved the pool but could be a bit warmer for kids
some of the breakfast options are very small. kids pool too cold.
the kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed a great dinner in the bar

loads of young kids staying in the hotel , but rooms were soundproof/ we were well spaced out that we couldn

the kids enjoyed it which is the most important thing but bare in mind it will be busy
the kids' pool area is quite small. the food was only okay.

across from shops, close to wonderful park for kids, restaurants and shops nearby were easily accessed

were not helpful at check in & made me wait right up to 3pm for checking in with 2 small kids
food in bar very very poor, pizza, kids nuggets chips, brownie sticky toffee pudding, very very poor quality
with kids it wasn't ideal but for just adults this probably would bother me less

there were few options for room service as they ran short of food in kitchen due to high demand

we were two adults and three kids traveling ages 9,12 &13
was good size, hotel well equipped and breakfast was good with plenty of options for us and the kids
room was clean and beds comfortable huge room for family with kids
we stayed for a night and i booked an extra night and brought my kids mum and
clean comfortable bed spacious room for kids
