the towels were really thin and cheap material and parking area looked dirty
the electricity went out and the pool was not clean so i could not access
there were also pets in the accommodation, even though it was supposed to be a no-pet place
parking lot and tv was ok.
it was really quiet , no complains parking was pretty

the dish soap and washer pods were under the sink when we checked- not safe for kids
pool was open so the kids were able to swim
only complaint i have which is not the hotels fault at all is there was a lot of kids crying and dogs barking

room was nice a bit out dated but clean. kids loved the breakfast.
which made me feel very uncomfortable when it s was just myself and two small kids
hotel was great. my kids enjoyed the buffet breakfast. the pool was opened but it rained.
room with lights not working in washroom and lobby which is really a pain specially when we have kids with us
for 4 ppl within 20 miles from me but for sure will never come back not a good place for kids

also people must be living there because the same kids were running around playing/yelling every night until

the kids were sick had to leave
for kids dirty hotel smells like sewer floors were sticky and sheets were dirty the towels are even

pool was way too small and overcrowded with screaming, wild kids

wifi was horrible and the pool/jacuzzi was closed which i had 5 kids so i wish that was indicated on the website
it was nice being able to put the kids to bed and close the door while still being able to have conversation

there were kids running down the hallway from the early morning to late at night, multiple customers complaint
location, good coffee, gym open 24 hours, outdoor pool open late and opens early
breakfast was good. room was clean. and quiet.
only thing i didn't like was that the pool was very dirty, you can see a ring of dirt around the whole

renovations looked a little poorly done but everything else seemed clean and comfortable the kids loved the free

the nose of kids stumping and playing was annoying
not up to coming downstairs and surround himself with people who are not wearing their masks, and kids

recently updated and contained a small kitchen which was extremely convenient when traveling with kids
