parking and driving in this place isn't easy, but hey, it's monsanto with a legendary castle.

also nice that guests can use the kitchen if needed as not many restaurants available off season
our room was clean and comfortable, and they serve a delicious breakfast every morning
the kitchen is always open for use and also so clean
the owner found us parking and even had to park our car when we had trouble backing up

the place is quite, good for enjoying holidays with kids
rooms were spacious & comfortable, breakfast was very substantial.
spa area needs maintenance as does some areas of the hotel
reception and bar understaffed.

it has everything for a pleasant stay, the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher

they have direct sun light (must get really hot) and at night the music from the bar can be disturbing (although
staff: they let us keep our e-bikes in a shed out the back, got us towels for the swimming pool etc
it had a realy nice retro feel and the pool was amazing
both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the service was top-notch
