we got put on 3rd floor and knew i had a baby but older kids on 4th floor running the hallway from 5-730pm
to ask for a hand out but i am irritated about the ants they got into all of our clothes and my kids were scared

staffed at all after 10 pm saturday night and i had to call police to halt vandalism and noise of kids in hallways

was very busy with dcu events and your hotel was very crowded with a lot of excited kids
