was cold on the first day so i had to ask for the heater, wifi didn't work at all so i had to use my own data

we had a family room which was perfect with bunk beds for the kids and an adjoining room for my wife and i

asked for a second key card for the rooms (we had a separate room for the kids) but only one card would ever

we arrived our kids were unwell and we mentioned at the reception desk, they offered a doctor service and the
space in the reception is so big it could do with some entertainment for kids, few toys around to keep them
clean, nice spaces, nice breakfast and service. excellent location.
