i would ve given them a 10 but i couldn t even play with my daughter at the kids outdoor area for more than

there are pools that say adults only and are full of kids
with 4 kids, 2 adults, 2 rooms we would have thought we would be given clean drinking water but we asked
plus we have three kids so that was an unexpected expense
the hotel staff provides the worst hospitality and customer service experience. no room service
we had a flat tire in the parking lot and requested tire services that was never provided

the pool area is amazing, very big and suitable for kids

kids club was cute but if the employees were more enthusiastic the kids might enjoy it more

the main pool was clean but not the kids pool.
i have kids and others parents too we didn't feel comfortable with that

had mini jazzuu for adult's and to many kids were in it, and the rest of restaurant were closed
food variety big pool need more activites/games/playground for kids
they do not have a variety meaning not fruits, food for kids that are peaky easter

the kids beds had small mosquito net that didn t cover the whole bed so sleeping was not easy the

room located in the second floor without an elevator. swimming pool not meant for kids
was a lot of back and forth around the building as we were on second floor and with small kids that is tough
need at pool for kids is very danger 4 years old kid on this type of pool
esp with young kids it is a bit dangerous
