room (familyroom is so small 2 kids cannot fit one bed, ac in room dont wok well, party of 20 familiy member

we traveled with our teen kids and the bathroom was not private in the room
people travel with their children and i will not like to expose my kids to that high level of
kids were at adult events like dance parties at night, they also would try and go to the adults

i love this resort. i have stayed many times. the kids love the aqua parc and the cove.
smoking people arround children pool, and even adults with no kids at childrens pool area
didn't love the breakfast buffet, amount of kids on the resort and lack of club/night life
too many children, even though they had a huge separate kids pool, most of the kids were playing in the main

covid restrictions didn't allow room service. they should just do contactless room service.

i enjoyed every moment at this hotel and am planning on going back but next time am taking my kids
not kids friendly
the main restaurant was good enough, there was usually something the kids liked on offer
trust me my kids were a handful and they tolerate them so well
weren't enough option for kids dining i had a 2 year old no food for her to eat

we booked 2 rooms and had kids, the host saw this and said nothing before hand, fully knowing that the fee was
the view and the pool, i especially liked how hospitable the owner was.
the peaceful palms has a nice common area patio and pool where it was easy to have interesting conversations

there s not much for kids to have fun
much everything, the pools, the nighttime entertainment, a safe resort for the kids, customer service, just an

the lobby was hot, no fan nor ac and the fact that my kids had a long day traveling made me even more disappointed
