they put us in room without 2nd bed and we had to ask to move after arriving in room with stuff/kids
had some kids above us acting like monkeys and their parents would not make them stop

the beds were hard as a rock and we booked solely for the i door pool which was broke
due to covid 19 no pool, gym, or breakfast. elevator was out of order.

the staff asked the family to keep the noise down, but the kids were just excited and it was hard for them
some kids were guests of guests and jumping in top of others and adults left the pool area
sliding glass door had a broken lock and the fogged glass did not allow for good privacy with the kids and

i was traveling from texas to colorado and had my kids so didn't use the gym or anything but the perfect place
we booked this property for the reason that they had an indoor pool for our kids
clean, large room, great staff, good breakfast (eggs, bacon, hashbrowns plus all the regular food)

were some kids running around and banging on doors but that s not the property s fault, just unfortunate
hoping to see it cleaned at which time i saw an older man in the filthy pool and his wife and two kids sitting
hammocks were not up. kids birthday party so a lot of kids running. i felt like a babysitter.
the pool was freezing, even in 95-degree weather. the room was small. a little cramped.

there was a kids both party and they were booked on the same floor so it was noisy then dogs barking and
pool is very shallow (deepest area is about only 2 ft) so it is not for big kids and adults
