i picked this hotel because it offered breakfast and traveled with 3 kids
bathroom had mold and mildew on the walls by the door my kids have severe allergies and once we told the lady
doorbell outside of room was bad. kids kept ringing it to annoy us.

the only minor inconvenience was that the pool door handle was broken but it was only a matter of walking around

i requested the 1st floor because i have two small kids i got put on the second floor and the person below us
couldn't use the fitness area a to many kids playing there and staff said nothing
my kids loved the free cookies and fruit that was offered all day. breakfast was good also.
the kids had the front television and i had the one in the bedroom
i was able to take the kids to the pool and it wasn''t crowded. we were the only ones in there.

kids loved pool and hot tub
i traveled with my kids and of course the only thing they was worried about was the pool and they enjoyed it
kids and i just needed a place to sleep for two nights after two long days at six flags
but, then i was put beside a room with some kids, that didn t seem to sleep and got up early every day,

power went out and kids were everywhere
kids above our room constantly running, was very annoying

property was limited on towels so me and my kids had to share towels
area was very very unsafe for family and kids with serveral what seem to be drugs users approaching
therefore wasn t comfortable letting kids go to pool
checked in and got a room under the stairs looking at the pool full of screaming kids returned to the office

the kids loved the pool and the room layout worked well for traveling with three kids.
there was a very large family with the kids running up and down the hallways
i enjoyed the stay. it was very nice and clean. the kids loved the inside pool.

just the peace of things there was no kids running around
the only complaints i have are that the pool was closed which broke my kids hearts and the housekeeper didn't
have been staying at this location with my kids for a few years now and we don't have any issues
room was clean, spacious, and lower level which is good when traveling with kids
room was so nasty my kids had to take a shower in shower shoes

the pool was not clean, my kids said it smelled like dirty bath water and the railing was broken as well as a
staff are a bit snappy and the guest complained and threated to call police for my 3 and 10 month kids
main reason for our stay here was the kids wanted to swim in the pool

could hear kids above me jumping around, running and tumbling on the floor late at night
it's close to everything and it's quiet as well so no loud noises even with ppl who stay and have kids

i decided to stay another night because it's literally three miles from my kids so i paid another night through
the hotel has bedbugs me & my 2 kids got bitten horribly
that time of morning we had to find another place to stay very disappointed and we had our small kids
the 3rd flood with 2 kids, sink was molded, had to replace tv remote batteries
my kids and i slept in the car the first night

of overpriced for what you get, had lot of kids the night we were there
only thing i noticed is how some people made mess in the dining area and let their kids touch all over the food
that is a huge deal with kids
we had hoped to visit the hot tub, but the pool area was over run by kids the entire time we were there
room had 13 kids in the pool, and i could not enjoy the pool
