we had 4 kids with us
the power went out during our stay and we left home because of that reason my kids has virtual school which
not like all the construction going on and some kids on the third floor running around making a lot of noise at

hotel was sold out, there was no room for me at all, i ending sleeping in my car with my kids, i did not find
room key did not work on the pool gate, we went to the front desk twice to request access so the kids could swim

( i was traveling with my husband and 3 kids) when i asked the staff about the mix up they were rude disrespectful
it was the worst thing because we would get home late with our two kids and need to quickly shower them and
