we did not expect the treats that the kids received, we really appreciate it
went for a swim in the pool but it was so busy with kids lessons, i only stayed 20 minutes as lane swimming
the pool hours for kids could be longer.
loved eveyrthing about the hotel great staff so comfy for aduts and kids

the pool is small and the kids weren't too happy but did have the alternative of being allowed to use the

the concierge was particularly nice and friendly with the kids, but otherwise the staff were overly professional

staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly dealing with a large group of adults and kids
didnt book breakfast as i found it too expensive for a family , especially with kids who would not eat a lot
would have loved to opened windows wider but understand safety issues for kids in higher floors
was perfect the room was spotless the car park was a fine size the pool was fantastic for the kids 10/10 already

almost like done on purpose when everyone was already in bed, woke up and scared my kids
stayed with my kids and they loved it, the room we had was great and plenty of space for the 3 of us
we had our kids so they would have loved a pool but that s not the hotels fault !!
would not bring kids here because of that

the staff are always friendly and welcoming and the pool is a firm favourite with my kids
due to covid ment i couldn't bring the kids to the pool on the day of arrival as kids are restricted to pre 7

300 for 1 night b&b for family of 2 adults 2 kids and baby
comfortable place for us with kids, and the restaurant/bar was relaxing with great service and food
a family friendly hotel,one of the staff told off one of my kids for just sitting at the reception area
bit i know for safety reasons but i think there should be a lock that an adult can take off if no kids in the
time as the bar was in full swing and there were a number of families staying there with their kids further

location was perfect especially if you have kids like i did
they could size down on pizza or offer half pizza so close to shop and entertainment arcade for kids gardens
leisure centre worked out great for the kids and wasn't busy

were no elevator to get to our family room so we had to carry two kids, twin buggy and suit cases up stairs

great little park for the kids, hotel itself was lovely
our kids adored the petting farm and visited it twice in a few hours
the food was delicious, kids club was an unexpected bonus
kids club was fab, the breakfast was lovely.
there is open farm for kids.it's really nice.

the leisure center was a great addition for the kids to have fun
simple lunches available would of been nice when you have kids.

i heard kids rough-housing in the room above me for at least an

breakfast starts at 8 am but i need to be leaving then so again no problem no fuss or drama just
food was excellent, had dinner both nights and it was very good, good parking and location
the breakfast was very well presented, and delicious, with a cold buffet option

blowing hot air on carpet hall outside bedroom door, seemed quiet dangerous, esp walking by with kids and large
waited in lobby for girl to let me know when the room was ready, sat for 30 minutes with my kids and went up
they went above and beyond to accomodate everyone (adults & kids) in these strange trying times
wouldn't stay with kids for there's nothing in hotel for them
carpet could have been hoovered. very dusty especially with small kids.

swimming pool was a big hit with the kids
lovely hotel . friendly happy staff . beautiful location kids loved the pool
could be alot cleaner , but the pool was great , catered for all ages and the slide was great for kids and
food choices were great and the pizza shack was a great option for the kids
the swimming pool was fantastic the kids had a ball could t get the out of there the slide was the best fun

kids loved the hot chocolate it was a lovely bonus in the room swimming pool was lovely to had a

area closes to kids at 7, and the room we stayed in was one of the older ones i had stayed in one of the lovely
place to stay for a couple maybe but for kids not great eg at breakfast not much choice for kids the one thing
pool was great although very deep for kids
