we couldn t take a shower with hot water very bad because we have two kids

we had 2 rooms (both had full and twin beds) for 4 adults, twins kids, and a small dog
even stopped at a grocery store because i mentioned i needed to get water and juice for my kids

the room was large and clean, had to go outside for wifi, which isn't uncommon but is a hassle.

as a solo traveller it was quite a surprise to see so many kids running around
the only issue was a lot of times there were not enough towels by the pool and my kids were cold waiting
partying with kids was annoying

the italian girl of reception and axel of the breakfast were incredibly friendly and nice to our kids
to stay with the kids and just stay on the property some days and enjoy the scenery and the vulcanic activities
30 felt a lot later and as there were very few people there it was a long night for our kids

my opinion they should consider having a kids pool separate from the main pool, that way you can fully enjoy

the 3 secluded stone pools are great and the pool bar is wonderful for a drink
we loved the stone pools as well as the swim up bar pool
they pick you up and bring you back from your private suite to the restaurant, pool, or just because
amazing design, very good restaurant, beautiful pool and a stunning viewpoint on top of the hill
is no signal in the room and so trying to access the wifi was impossible

since we were traveling with kids, there were many meals we wished we could just get food to the room instead

it was too late for my kids to switch rooms so i waited till the next day
there are no kind of attractions at the hotel like pool table, gaming room, play area for kids or teenagers,
the walk is too long/steep/hot with any gear, groceries or kids
would not bring kids but since i was alone it was manageable

kids pool was the perfect depth for my 2 and 5 year old

we really enjoyed our stay and also booked surf lessons for the kids through the hotel
my kids went on a beach run one morning and waded through the estuary out and back, only to be

full size bed wasn't comfortable at all. our kids said the twin beds were very comfortable.
the hotel pool was great for the kids - we were lucky to have howler monkeys playing the tree near the pool
up by live in staff/manager/families kids at 6am having a noisy school lesson right outside our room and refused
