when i went back up to the room and was talking to my fiance kids were running around the hall donky kickin,
at once and two you're not allowed to take your food up to your room unless you are sick or have kids
the outdoor pool was open in april which was nice for the kids but it was super cold
everything was great, room was nice and clean, kids loved the pool.
the noise in the hallway at 10pm with kids running. my bathtub stopper didn't work for a bath.

it was very close to where we had to go. kids were happy with the pool breakfast was excellent.
he also brought us some snacks to help with the upset kids
we got in the elevator to go to our room it smelled like weed i had my three kids with me ud83eudd26
the room was reserved for 2 adults and 3 kids had to ask for extra cover, towels, and pillows

airplane noises, lots of kids tuning up and down the hall below us late into the night
i had to notify the front desk and their solution was freeze one room and more the kids doen the hall
was non smoking but there was a lot of smoke smell and with kids i hate smoke smell in non smoking room
the staff did not enforce the 10 pm curfew at the pool and had to listen to kids and adults scream til 11:30
people complaining about my kids being loud.they are just kids.

past trips had me skeptical but my kids definitely enjoyed staying in longer than 30 minutes
the room was a good size and it was clean. the pool was good for the kids and it was open late.

the toilet paper holders are a heavy metal but they don't latch on so everytime one of the kids used the restroom
i end up just staying in the room with my mother and kids

would love a little shop to buy milk and stuff for little kids
people staying above from me had kids i could hear every single move that the little kids did
in breakfast for kids and adults except bread and coffee

the reason we came was to visit grandkids and great-grandkids
the breakfast area was not big enough to sit ppl.
i probably would not visit again because l requested a non smoking room (which l received) yet i also received
an indoor pool or hot tub would have been nice.

was a swimming pool but when i got there was no pool so i was very disappointed and so was my 3 kids you shouldnt

we would have asked to switch rooms but didn t realize mattress was so bad until after the kids had fallen
my kids were able to sleep on the pull -out bed in the living room with no problem
the room's accommodating for family with kitchen w/table & chairs, couch, & desk

my husband and i had our 3 kids with us

did, for family weekend, they quadrupled the prices knowing families will pay to come see their kids off to
very noisy with trains. college kids partying till 2 am down the hall.
they had a hotel shuttle service that made stops within a 3 mil radius
didn't have chance to enjoy breakfast but on my next go around i will do that

it was across the street up two levels and it was raining at night with kids
staff, nice welcome cocktail and yummy breakfast especially the quiche
staff was very friendly as always and accommodated my early check in request

the lobby space is really cool - i loved the bar and the vibe
keep in mind that there is a rooftop bar which may be somewhat noisy until 11 or so
i found out they canceled it when i called them to request an early check in
i also loved that you get a complimentary drink at the bar upon arrival

which was my main reason for choosing this hotel bc it had an indoor pool and i knew my kids would be full of

there were some kids running up and down the hall all night making noise and the door kept slamming due to them

stayed in 317 and around 1am people were in the hall fighting and kids were up and down until 4am

first night with some kids continually slamming doors till 12:30am
