hotel room was very spacious and ideal for travelling with kids
pool which would have been ideal for the kids but it s understandable given they are only open for a certain
buffet was very limited forthwith kids though could be due to recent reopening after covid restrictions
was nice but slow and no one offered extra juice for kids or coffee toast that was a let
the kids would like a bigger breakfast menu e.g. pancakes

my wife & kids were naturally scared by this
bar not open, only had bistro bar open. food choices are very limited for evening meals.
youn man who waited on us was very professional and charming , room service not a problem
too much laundry hanging around every corridor and beside lifts i paid good money for our rooms.
only a one night stay in the apartment! everything in kitchen if you need it. beds very comfy

aware there is limited car parking at the rear of the hotel, apart from that there was little we din't like
the river, late check out at 12 noon, lovely staff, lovely food, beautiful large dual aspect room overlooking
breakfast was great
food in the carvery was beautiful and the pints in the bar were really good

location, staff great, great place to stay couple or with kids
swimming pool or kids room but don t think that can be helped
it on the door handle for room service next morning so in the end we went downstairs with the kids for breakfast
evening meals were very good but again found it expensive, 91 for 2adults and1 kids meal
food was delicious,kids loved ice creams and pina colada was delicious

it was very loud outside and it is not ideal for families with kids
done to the room from previous occupants-and the room was in no way acceptable for the 2 young kids we had with
my kids didn't want to leave they loved their room and staff where so friendly
kids had huge room while we had to turn sideways to walk beside bed

to stay one night in a castle with our kids
excellent staff really friendly can not fault or stay food was excellent will definitely be back kids loved it
kids loved the breakfast and pool facilities as did the parents
an incredible experience and our kids enjoyed it fully

the kids did enjoy horses same as we
space for 2 families (4adults and 4 kids)
kids really enjoyed the horse riding and owner was very friendly
the smart tv with netflix was an added bonus for the kids
company but there were a few dogs roaming free and a lot of dog poo which isn't good with kids around

we ate in the main restaurant during our stay which had a great selection of food for kids
an age restriction for the tiny kids pool to be put in place for say 5 years and under, a lot of the time older
the bar menu should have a kids menu instead of having to eat in the restaurant.

very good to my kids
we stayed for 2 nights as a group of 9 adults and 3 kids (aged between 4 and 5 months)
was fantastic, the food, the service all of it and my 2 kids absolutely loved the pool and playground,it was
at the swimming pool/gym kept changing the rules regarding kids age 10 attending the pool without a parent
went with my kids they loved every minute of it , also lovely pool and playground

the staff r so nice and i had no kids with me but i seen who nice they were to children there and that to me

other staff we encountered including fynn in the bar were friendly and keen to help if anything was needed

there is adequate parking at the rear, but if you are there after 6pm, the parking restrictions in the high

a 2 star would be sub standard parts of it is just the decor & well worn setting in the front bar however the
friendly staff, good hearty breakfast menu and a lovely bar with good guinness which also had a fab evening
