the quad room was amply sized for our family of 4 (two adults, two kids, each of which got their own bed)
had a small pool and jacuzzi which was great for lazy days with the kids
he seems friendly at first but is not--he is aggressive toward small dogs, kids, and smaller women
we all evacuated to pool area (some elderly and kids till in night clothes) and just waited for info
the attic, was very hot, and the air conditioner was just a fan so we baked all night long and my kids didn't

ideal for kids (both boys had a bed - so often only sofa beds are available) - and the private garden was
stocked kitchen, nice amenities with a private patio and shared closed in grassy area for the kids to run around

was very clean and sweet we had a family room with two kids all fitted in there comfortably

wifi was only strong near the entrance of the room but in other parts it was very weak, so in order
the room was a bit small and the wifi didn't work too well, but nothing important.
the owners are working on it but the wifi was not up and running.

if kids run around a bit it made a lot of sound for the neighbors due to the old building, no lift to
stayed in family room, our kids loved the room
the two younger women were super friendly and treated our kids amazingly
not an issue for us as we used the kids shower but make sure to ask for your preference
room was very large with two proper beds for two kids (not sofa bed) plus double for adults
