alot of stomping up stair woke us up but its okay everyone is on vacation have fun kids

we arrive for breakfast at 8 o clock, and the selection was very poor and picked over
breakfast was only mediocre

on site she was very helpful and very nice excellent customer service i loved my stay and also my kids
the staff was great. felt safe with my kids there.
kids were not happy with a 95 weather and no pool
the only thing i dd not like was the kids playing and running up and down the hallways
that the pool was open late. the kids enjoyed the breakfast.

camilla, in charge of the breakfast bar, was so very thoughtful, making sure my kids had every comfort of home
packed with sports kids and their families
chanel selection was limited nothing to watch for my kids and the breakfast buffet was very basic
jacuzzi wasn t working and 11 & 12 year olds who know how to swim and are good quiet kids had to have
they kept the doors open from their rooms and let their kids run loose

parents not controlling their kids
the kids really enjoyed everything (bagels, cereal, pancakes, juice, sweet rolls)
my kids wanted to go swimming but it was too windy so we didn't get to enjoy that amenity.
the kids 11 & 15 loved the pool and jacuzzi except when adults took over
and the hotel really isn t within walking distance to anything for the kids to do but you can walk to a wendy

i was bummed that the kitchen was closed sunday morning so we had to have breakfast elsewhere
the fire alarm went off.. startled us. well everyone do to something burning in the kitchen
dave did a great job at the bar at night, the chef made a phenomenal omelette in the morning!

we checked in at 11:00 pm and there were kids and people running around to and from the pool making a lot of
we liked the staff, plus the room was huge and my i kids loved the indor pool.
there were some pool issues so the soccer kids were not able to swim.

didn t like that we were put on third floor with kids and then we get a call saying our children were to loud
fun for the kids but takes 2 minutes to long

i had to park on the other end of hotel with my two little kids having to walk in the dark on opposite side of

was charged $114 because my kids got stains on the sheets and room service said i took some pillow cases and
up at 5am to kids or someone jumping from chairs to couch to chair again
we could get extra pillows for our kids who were sleeping on the coach bed which had no comfortable pillows
the big size of the room, the laundry, and the very perfect kitchen facilities
only the eggs for breakfast they were powdered eggs

my room was near the lobby so every single family (with screaming kids) or drunk went past my room making it

women with a pack of kids were at the pool all day who were not guests of the hotel
people kept knocking on our door and running away (kids, maybe
pool was smaller than most and there was a good number of kids there for a hockey tournament
location is great. the valet was great with the kids.

issues with our room, unable to get more blankets other than what we had already, one of our kids had to sleep
it also said indoor pool and kids were laughing at me because the pool was

a week in california with my kids this was the best hotel we stayed at
the kids thought it was perfect though
in the door that s a 10 for me, this is why i return to the same hotel every time i take my kids to six flags

my room was next to the pool and there were 2 woman in the pool drinking and they were super loud,kids were in

we could hear the kids running down the halls on the floor above us
the beds weren t very comfortable. the sofa bed was terrible even for my kids to sleep on.

the hot breakfast in the morning was great and my kids enjoyed the fresh baked cookies in the evening
so great to have a basketball court for the kids
they have their own coral reef, staff friendliness, all inclusive, great kids club
maybe good for little kids only
really made me give them 10/10 was their breakfast
