kids highly allergic as soon entered the room as it wasn t properly cleaned and dog hair
we had a lot of slamming doors next door and kids yelling etc
allow youth hockey teams stay here and kids are running all over hotel and parents congregate in hall to drink

was a youth hockey tournament that weekend and the kids were loud until pretty late in the night
i loved the location. the pool and ping-pong table was awesome for the kids when it was raining.

great to have a full kitchen with covid and the kids enjoyed that everyone had plenty of space
in * hallway noise very noticeable, fortunately our neighbors tried to keep their kids out of the hall at night

so much for the kids and family to do
pillows were too soft, especially when using just 1 (since the kids took our extra), but that is a preference
we loved events happening during our stay, including kids face-painting
of being lakefront with the kayaks, paddleboats, sup boards, etc are so worth it if you have kids
extra activities - they had a facilitator with owls which my kids loved

we could not use the pool as there were too many kids using it. not the hotels issue.
i also didn t like that there was a flat sheet under the duvet instead of a duvet cover, and my kids ended up
movies and popcorn every night for the kids

breakfast options are limited and overly priced, $20 for adult and almost $15 for the kids.

insulation must be paper thin all we heard all night was kids running up and down the hallways and the next door
most people took the stairs but people with little kids and gear had it rough
bc we had a car to access things, although there was a shuttle in town, we didn't access it bc of kids/seniors

canam hockey kids that come in on thursday thru sunday need to be more respectful and not be as noisy as they
staff, great breakfast choices, kids loved pool, parents the whirlpools
the fact that we were able to check in early (for the kids to swim after hours of driving) was so nice
selection on the breakfast food was not great for kids.

the kids loved fishing and the paddle boats
stay included kayaks, canoes, wakeboards, fishing poles, etc that kept the kids very busy and happy

we could hear the neighbors kids very well
the hotel saranac itself is beautiful and has plenty of parking.
i would've preferred to have room service available or free breakfast.
the gym in the basement was also better than i was expecting

speaking of adventure, the hotel had an array of activities for both kids and adults
we have small kids and we re self conscious if they got loud

decent pool and play area for kids
