lot of kids were there, which was surprising

the kids loved the pool and we spent almost the entire time there

swimming pool was full of rowdy kids

beautiful gardens and fun for the kids to see the animals and dip in the pool

food on site felt a bit expensive especially kids food, but otherwise- great.

since i was traveling with my 2 kids having breakfast included would've made things a bit easier for me

lady running snack bar in the mornings wasfantastic

no room service and the bar and food area closed too early for my liking.

the room was great, but we really enjoyed the wine bar in the lobby

restaurant on site had a good variety. hot tub warm pool laundry room size

pool was cold, spa out of service

clean, comfortable, nice rooms and bathrooms, easy check in, pool, towels, free coffee all day

the pool and hot tub were a bonus

of the week the staff kept it clean and full throughout, the staff were awesome in all ways, the pool was clean

especially liked the wet bar area, and comfortable bed

hotels don't have rooms on the first floor, it was different and i enjoyed the proximity to the pool

was a family wirh screaming kids running around

check in early when it was pouring outside in the morning and we weren t sure how to keep the kids (2 and 4)

room was great for me and my husband and 2 kids

my kids loved the shirley temples

things like cookies for the kids, tea and coffee and of course the happy hour was wonderful

the hotel would definitely benefit from having microwaves in the rooms and a continental breakfast

underground parking but that couldn't be helped

parking was underneath the hotel, elevator in parking to get to our room, and they have wine on tap

moment we entered the lobby staff greeted us they were friendly and even joked with our kids

a private party as if the entire hotel had been rented out by one large group with lots of kids

we had a family with a kid (or kids) upstairs who was extremely unruly-constantly banging on the floor/walls

was not even close to being healthy, i had a chocolate muffin, small apple and water, one of the kids bag had

the kids especially loved the pool

we were on 2nd floor & you could hear people & kids running upstairs

access to the pool would've been nice it was 104* outside and with 3 kids who wanted to swim being cooped up in

pool was ok for the kids

my kids were afraid to stay

the staff was friendly, the room was super clean and efficient, and it had easy parking

the hotel was very quiet. lots of parking.

also the pool was green and very unkept around it

i splurged to stay here so i could actually sleep while away from kids only to find out construction would

high rate for a pet fee, most charge 50 bucks for this, this hotel charges 70

room was very nice from the bed to the spa tub and shower

the bathroom was beautiful with a spa tub and separate wc room

also, they are pet-friendly and have paraben-free cosmetics

moving the blankets off the bed to put kids to bed i noticed some wood or pieces of would could have been whicker

having two televisions with kids was a life saver

i was with the kids and i m glad no one was in the room naked or something

we enjoyed the comfort of the room, and my kids loved the pool
