first night we were there out of 4 our kids had a room and we had a room

kids in the room above us up early and jumping onto the floor over and over

hot tub was out of order and the pool was prohibitively cold- my kids only lasted 20 minutes in it

room was nice and right by the pool witch was great for the kids to go in and out from the pool area and made

lots of kids. no complimentary breakfast

the pool was a hot as a hot tub and my kids hated it. it was uncomfortable hot.

kids hated swimming in it and made our trip unpleasant

on site laundry hot tub & pool exercise room a cafe offering starbucks coffee , breakfast, lunch & early

like was that the small store within the hotel only carried white wine so i had to wait for the bar to open

no breakfast, no bar, no hot tub- all out of order or not operable without discount given

there were no pancakes or waffles for the kids so they just had cereal

pool was a little noisy with all the kids. lots of construction going on it the area.

the pool and gym were closed so that was a huge bummer especially for the kids.

the kitchen was handy, the room layout was nice, the shower was great, and the kids loved the pool

wifi should be available for all without getting a membership.

our room was clean, and they did not charge us extra for having 2 double beds (2 adults, 2 kids)

were no club level extras in the pool and fitness center were closed

bar was out of several items (for example, bloody mary mix & 3 wines listed on the menu) and the kitchen's fryer

dad in another room so it was a lot of bags to lug up the stairs, and since 3 of the people were kids, that was

no baseball teams, and we didn't even notice many kids

the group of families and their kids (15-20) were loud, and running in the hallway until after 12am, and using

really, it was our first outing without kids in a long time and we ended up drinking wine and watching tv until

we are very sensitive to pet smells and this property does allow pets so be sure to ask for a pet free room

there is a reserved parking ramp for hotel guests which made it very easily accessible

this service is offered in the hotel, contractually, the crosby hotel is not responsible for spa and their

i did not want a negative experience of complaining to be the context of our night away from our kids and home

the pool area was safe clean and a great place for the kids to hang while i went to work

the staff was so kind, they offered the free shuttle from hotel to mall of america and to the airport

place was in a great location and had a fun bar with a great atmosphere in the lobby area

i am travelling with my two kids and we are xhausted and now i am incredibly angry

they also didn t have any roller beds for the kids
