unusual and pleasant accomodation, there was no attention to detail; no kettle, only 1 plate, no kitchen knife

kids pool was filled with black paper tissues or plastic (not sure)
the pool was a vacation all on its own. there is a shallow pool for the smaller kids too!
carpet in the hall is dirty, no shampoo and bath gel, kids were playing football next to the swimming
obviously never done and wont be done if you reading this in 2020 i'm not even mentioning the kids screaming
the kids and the adults loved the pool area also which was a wonderful area to relax with a restaurant

room was large with an exceptionally large bed & the spa tub was exactly what was needed after a long drive
was upgraded to a spa room which was really big and comfortable
ordered room service, (processed by a hotel chain centralised service), it was unclear how to pay on

there is a small gym with treadmill and cardio options but also some dumbbells to enable you to have a fair
enjoyed visiting casino in the evening staff at bar very friendly, enjoyed the food and the atmosphere

the gym was also very good, all the equipment was new and of good quality
bar or restaurant open on sunday, so had to go into town, very inconvenient when its just a stop

we got lucky and had the chance to relax after driving for many hours at the pool despite the reduced capacity
you re considering to stay or not, short answer, go for it, lovely staff, location is perfect, pool area it
- had all the expected facilities, for example, plenty of sockets for charging, hooks for towels, room service
great buffet breakfast for €10 too

also, we enjoyed the breakfast the next morning in the adjoining cafe/bar before continuing our journey

tricky wifi and had to email with my own phone my own reservation even though showed booking on booking
the older gentlemen waiters and bar staff were a joy, full of fun and striving to understand our limited spanish
eggs for breakfast. the room was clean.
