no pool for the kids

my kids were a little disappointed about them not having a pool

i waited until 2215 to call the front desk regarding the kids jumping and running

the young man picking up trash in the parking area was as friendly and cordial as the entire staff

we didn't use anything but the parking, the bar and the bistro

they had a waffle maker, so the kids loved that

we had kids and she help everyone out with a contagious smile and a great attitude

kids are comfortable on that type of plastic patio furniture

i especially liked that they have tv channels for the kids (disney junior)

we also could hear kids running half the the night up stairs

i wanted to kids to stay somewhere special

the morning when it was empty so can t speak to food or service) but as a family traveling with kids i m

we weren't offered any wifi information

quiet clean,good personnel. easy parking, safe.

noisy, fireplace was non functional, jacuzzi tub leaking, tv options were limited.

location close to hwy exit and with a convenience store across the parking lot

the non smoking room reeked from previous smokers

dirty, very poorly maintained. roach infested! drunks arguing in the parking lot.

the bed was overly soft, the wifi didnt work, and the cable box had roaches in it

and hoodlums in parking lot next door shooting dice in the wee morning being loud
