pool heater was broken and the whole reason i booked the hotel was to play in the pool with my kids
i like the location , it was clean and my kids loved the pool
unsupervised kids in pool area being very disrespectful and destructive.
this was a great place to come for the kids to enjoy the pool and have some fun
but did not stop the kids from jumping in but did not stay as long as we normally would have

right by a nice park for a walk or run, with a playground for the kids
beautiful park near by with lots of trails and all kinds of kids activity centres

would never recommend for families with kids or women due to the safety cleanliness concerns

i know hotels jack up the prices when shows are in town (new kids on the block), but this was a bit much

pet fee $75 is quite high, the valet was nice but needs to pay $30, a free parking would be

beeautiful lake, the resort is nice, a backyard + pool area very useful especially when you have kids
kids love being in the pool and this hotel had such a great outdoor view and the pool was heated so
decided to cancel one room without any cancellation charges and stay in the double bed with three kids
though i reserved two beds , i even showed them proof and told them would not fit 2 adults and 2 kids with one
