we could hear kids and late comers (12:00) going to the pool, and people way down the hall late at night

yes we are in our 40/50 area but there were other guest that said the water was cold but all the kids enjoyed

parking was a little tight, but once i got used to it, it wasn't so bad

one parking spot per room, it was difficult to find as gps kept sending me elsewhere

parking was a wee bit cramped but not an issue for me.

parking lot is small and can be a bit cramped if you have a large vehicle
