got charged extra for having 6 kids and 2 adults for two rooms plus they charged me for them to go

the pool and hot tub were not open. a lot of stains on towels, being and in the tub/bathroom.

my kids enjoyed the stay and the pool a lot
we could not get an extra blanket and there were unsupervised kids in the room above us bouncing a basketball
30+ kids running up and down the halls for hours.
the kids had fun in the small pool.

from the hospital, underground heated parking, red cow restaurant, rooms are huge with full kitchen and washer
the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry were clean and modern
three bedroom apartment with a balcony, outdoor pool and more at the same rate as a hotel
the appratment was clean and kitchen appliance were good
we utilized the hotel shuttle for all of our appointments and it was so convenient, clean, and easy to use

if you have kids it was maybe 5 blocks to a nice park and playground
had an unexpected procedure added on to my clinic visit and the hotel was so nice in letting my kids stay until
narrow even it s high price but not including breakfast or free ride to mayo clinic or airport room service

is small, many kids unattended and college aged kids drinking in that area and the hot tub
t access the pool because it was filled 24/7 with kids/the pool is very small

team (high school) had some kids on the 8th floor where we were; they were given rooms directly across the hall
the hot tub was wonderful & the pool had basketballs & hoops for kids to play with-- very fun

was not very helpful, was told the pool was not available so my grandkids were not able to swim
i specifically called and asked if pool would be open because i had to go to mayo clinic and my kids were coming

a sign posted in pool area for supervision for child s under 16 but pool full of kids with no supervision

though there was tournements going on (dance, and baseball) and the place was packed with kids blowing off energy
super friendly, and we really enjoyed the pool area being split with a wading pool for younger kids
this was especially difficult considering the 6 hours of driving with two small kids we had just finished
i didn t travel with all my kids this time but will definitely be returning and bringing the entire family
was so strong my eyes burned and i didn't even get in the water i was just sitting watching my kids

there was a apartment park right behind the hotel which the kids enjoyed
very clean facility and staff was friendly. the kids loved the pool also.
