clean and large, and our two kids loved the stuff bear in the lobby

we were slightly early but kids could make themselves waffles

my wife was getting ready for work while my kids were napping (i was at my own job) and was ordered out of our

breakfast

very friendly,had shuttle to pick up at ferry, a plus. thank you

that i got to my room at 1030pm and maintenance was in my room preventing me from washing up my kids and putting

there were kids above us and they were running and jumping late and then early in the morning.

first floor noisy from main floor and traffic to laundry .kids play room above rm 111.okay

however, we asked for early checkin and received a room (102) that was pet friendly, and had not been properly

we were put in the back of the hotel with a view of the parking lot when the hotel faces the water and seemed

noisy and kids run up and down the halls, thus the earplugs in the room

the breakfast was very simple and included a lot of protein options

the bed was really comfortable and the shower had the most amazing full body spa shower system

the paying for laundry arrangements are terrible

the hotel has a good self service breakfast, its perfectly located and has a lovely restaurant attached to it

it would be nice if they had a breakfast restaurant

we had been on a ship for a week had a heap of laundry to do before heading off on our next leg

asked for a king, got two doubles. restaurant had a limited menu, no room service.

no room service. no atm.

breakfast was poor - basic limited buffet for $12 - not worth the price

restaurant and bar hours were not late enough.

the parking is tight.

room and bathroom was clean, king size bed, free wifi available. cable for news was available.

no clear cigarette smoking areas. wifi wasn't that good.

we spent 4 nights at the property and never received room service.
