although there was a bar and a beautiful garden, we weren't able to use either when we arrived as the hotel

the guesthouse bar and restaurant closes at 4 pm
parking is near to the guesthouse but very limited
parking is across from the hotel in a public car park, seemed totally safe to us, handy, and

getting there and parking was a bit tricky but doable
