upon arrival, i should have called ahead and ask for the ac to be turned on, before we arrived, kids were hot

my grandmother and teenage kids found a used condom under in what was supposed to be a properly cleaned room

were placed in a room next and across from lots of kids that were in and out of their rooms, constantly allowing
i asked to use the gym for one minute and was denied by a male staff who i believe is dangerous

hotel had lots of activities and gave out little freebies like stuffed flamingos for the kids and root beer

it would have been a real bonus considering we were there a few days with kids

had a water leak in our bedroom tcarpet eas wt and the smell was horrible my kids room they had small were small
the kitchen re is useful and the patio looking out to the golf course is relaxing and semi private
issue would be as golfers the breakfast starts too late i would like to see it start at 6 am

went as far as running a water hose in the pool area so my kids can play with water balloons

it was unbearable at night that we even had to go buy a fan for my kids to sleep comfortable
