residential area as mentioned in other reviews but still has the feel of a country farm, lots of parking space

lots of walks nearby, playground for the kids within walking distance and some nice local pubs
electricity on entire wing for 2 hours and had to leave room and eat room service in a waiting room

settee wasn't made up for kids even though we booked for 2 children so after arriving later in the evening due
other holiday inns, we have to go back to the reception to ask for more towels for the kids - not here, everything
ideal stop and half the journey with the kids
is small and was fully booked for 3 hours from 5pm until at least 8pm, meaning we had to get the kids in a car
clean friendly staff a fantastic breakfast, also helped could bag up breaky for kids who were still in bed

travelling with children the kids zone was very much enjoyed
for kids from the family swim sessions, tokens at check in for drinks, activity section for children,
i travelled with 3 children on my own and these little extras for the kids made my stay a little easier

bathroom ud83dudebb was awful ud83dude16 dirty and my kids could not sleep because of the spiders the bedsheets
and clean, beds were comfortable and bath/shower, which is great when travelling with kids
room was at the front where people gathered on picnic benches which meant it was noisy with kids playing, people
families didn't have a quiet consideration for me my son was asleep by 10 and awake at 9 some kids still running
option to screen share your phone on the tv,that was awesome for keeping the noise down with the kids

was a great place for kids to be free range out on the grass, it was peaceful, yet bustling in the bar/ pub area

the owner was friendly and gave the kids a tour of the priest
nice family room, essentially 2 rooms separated by a door, meant we could put the kids to bed and still stay
