there was a football team staying there also and the kids was running up and down the halls knocking on doors

my kids were terrified and we didn't sleep well
they have quiet time between 9pm-9-am but we had kids running up and down the hall all evening, people playing
being smoked kids playing over my head and i asked for my room to be moved didn t happen charged me twice on
my biggest concern was the lod noise until almost 2 in the morning the kids were running up and down the hall

the staff was always nice, the breakfast my kids loved
were people above us who had kids and they made a lot of noise stomping running jumping all hours of the day
it is a family friendly hotel and is great for kids
maybe customers need a visual reminder to please keep your kids quiet at night out of respect for other guest

t want to switch me until i started asking my money back then tried to put two adults and 6 kids in a king
other guests allowed their kids to run up & down the hallway
for the easy access to convention center and the fact that it had indoor heated pool for the kids

i took my kids to a concert in dallas and chose this hotel due to the location of the venue
food was sub par for the price and not many choices for kids
the atmosphere definitely a party place not for kids. so book with caution
during a high school cheer leader tournament so a lot of kids when i was trying to be romantic
highly priced, but kids enjoyed the atmosphere and worth the ease of travel.
