we went on a spring weekend so the pool area wasn t open and it wasn t just kids/families enjoying themselves
i wish they had a hot tub. there's certainly plenty of room for it in the courtyard/pool area.
the gym was also a decent addition

people all night let there kids run up and down the hallway slamming doors till 3 am
to many kids in the hot tub unsupervised and pool jumping around at 9 pm

the walls are thin so it sounded like their kids was in our room most of the time

no one could figure it out so my kids couldn't access the wifi
