there s no elevator from parking to the rooms

in the pool was cold, my daughter couldn t enjoy it as planned

because it was being cleaned it s wasn t, it was room 607, then once in the room with the kids ready for

hope they can fix the hot tub and also update the ladder in the pool as it only has to steps to go in and out

when checked in there was an option for a $2700 peso ($130 usd) room service tab, i declined it
